Moe Osipenko is an American artist currently living in North Carolina, studying at East Carolina University for his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration and Animation and Interactive Design. Moe uses a mixture of digital mediums with a heightened interest in visual development and storyboarding. Moe pulls his inspiration from growing up queer and transgender as a member of the Roman Catholic Church and its communities, horror movies, animals, Naturalia, and the macabre.
